Non-structural

1 yr

1 year — implied warranty period under the Home Building Contracts Act 1991 for non-structural defects. Contractual warranty terms may extend this.

Key legislation

Home Building Contracts Act 1991; Building Act 2011; Building Services (Complaint Resolution and Administration) Act 2011
